We had a cozy night in a double room and really enjoyed the indoor pool and steam room to unwind after a busy day. The atmosphere was nice, and having that relaxing time made the trip worthwhile, even if the bathroom could have used a little more attention. If you're looking for a spot to start your travels, keep an eye on any events that might be happening during your stay. 😊

I recently stayed at the Village in Cheadle and had a mixed experience. The location near the airport is convenient, making it easy to get around. My room was clean, but it felt quite dated. The decor could use some refreshing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though service at times seemed a bit slow. I really liked having access to the gym and pool. both looked nice, but I didn't have time to use them. Unfortunately, the noise from overhead flights was disruptive. my shower only ran cold water. I appreciate the effort from the staff, but the overall experience needs some improvements. It’s a good place for a short stay but with some upgrades, it could be much better.

The staff consistently exemplified professionalism and friendliness, ensuring all inquiries were met with a can-do attitude, particularly from Rahat at the reception. Freshly baked bread was a delightful highlight during meals. On the downside, the location, while central, proved less than ideal for our specific plans and the room was dated, lacking modern amenities that could enhance comfort.
